Responsibilities: Health Office School Nurse (K-12th Grade Aged Students)

• Full Time Hours (32.5+ Hours / Week)
• Administer medication, treatments, and first aid as needed
• Assess and manage students with chronic or acute health conditions
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care for students
• Maintain accurate health records and update emergency plans as needed
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives in the school community

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Illinois
  • Vision and Hearing Certification required
• Experience as a school nurse or in pediatrics preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
